A tradeline is a credit account on your report. You can pay to have someone’s credit card history added to yours by buying a tradeline. It’s similar to having a post office box; you don’t live there, but you get the benefit of living in the zip code.

How long does it take for the tradeline to reflect on my credit?

It depends – the account can show up as soon as 10 days from now or 45 from today. We’ve made it easy for you to know when it will report. Do I have to make payments monthly?

When will the payment be due every month?

While you’re on the tradeline, the account status will show as an open account. Once you stop making payments, the tradeline will show up as a closed account on your credit report.

Does the tradeline report to all 3 bureaus?

The tradelines we offer are from major credit card companies and credit unions. They typically report on all three bureaus. However, if your credit information is not consistent on all three, then it’s likely to only report to those bureaus that have the information you provide.

Do you add tradelines on CPN/ITIN/EIN profiles?

No. We do not! Tradeline Works accepts SSN issued by the U.S. Social Security Administration. Using a CPN on a credit application is a violation of federal law punishable by up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine. (18 U.S.C. §§ 1001, 3571 (2020).) We have no tolerance for fraud and complete the highest level of identity verification. So, fake identity is strictly prohibited. We do not offer refunds for fake SSNs and will report you to government authorities.
